No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies and is typically 1–3 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help, or call (972) 805-1002. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Google Calendar and Connected Accounts

Agents using the EIB Agency portal may choose to connect a Google account so their calendar works alongside the portal. Connecting is entirely optional and can be undone at any time.

When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events for two purposes only: to show your upcoming schedule inside the portal, and to create calendar events for appointments you book through the portal. We store an encrypted access token, the identifiers of events we create, and the email address of the connected account. We do not read, copy, or retain the contents of your other calendar events.

EIB Agency does not sell Google user data, does not share it with third parties, and does not use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page in the portal, which immediately deletes the stored token. To request deletion of any remaining associated data, contact us at admin@eibagency.com.

7. Third-Party Services

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, or email marketing platforms that collect user data via our website.

8. Data Access and User Accounts

You are not required to create an account to submit a contact form. If you become a team member with EIB Agency, you may be provided with login credentials to access internal tools or resources. These accounts are managed separately and are subject to additional privacy and security measures.

9. Geographic Scope

Our website is intended for users in the United States and Puerto Rico. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy and applicable U.S. laws.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide through our website. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
